The Amazing Spider-Man 2 remains available on physical media for PC, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, Nintendo Wii U and Nintendo 3DS. Both Amazing Spider-Man games were also delisted alongside Activision’s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutants in Manhattan release. Presumably, these games were secured under the original 2017 deal or a subsequent deal with Sony Pictures that may have expired in 2016. While several Marvel titles from Activision had been delisted in 2014 (with a select few being re-released in 20 ), The Amazing Spider-Man games based on the Sony Pictures movies were not. In 2005 Activision had renegotiated a licensing deal with Marvel for the exclusive publishing rights to the Spider-Man and X-MEN properties through 2017. The digital versions of The Amazing Spider-Man and The Amazing Spider-Man 2 were delisted on January 4th, 2017 for Steam, Nintendo, Xbox and PlayStation platforms.
